Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Call Catch LLC handles information when service businesses use CallCatch AI and when consumers communicate with those businesses through CallCatch-enabled phone and messaging workflows.

1. Introduction

Call Catch LLC operates CallCatch AI, software that helps service businesses manage missed calls, customer communications, and service inquiries. In this Policy, “CallCatch,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Call Catch LLC and CallCatch AI.

CallCatch serves two groups: the service businesses that use our software and the consumers who call or message those businesses. A consumer receiving a CallCatch-powered message is not necessarily a paying CallCatch customer.

2. Information We May Collect

The information we may collect or process includes:

  • Account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, login details, and phone numbers.
  • Business information, such as business name, industry, service area, services offered, team contacts, and communication settings.
  • Call metadata, such as caller and recipient numbers, call identifiers, timestamps, routing status, and whether a forwarded call was answered or missed.
  • SMS and message content, delivery information, opt-in and opt-out events, and records showing how and when consent was provided.
  • Service-request and lead information, such as the requested service, name, address, preferred time, and conversation summary.
  • Account and billing-related information, such as plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing records. A payment processor may collect payment-card details directly.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device type, diagnostic logs, feature activity, and security events.
The current CallCatch call-routing workflow does not record call audio. It processes call metadata and outcomes needed to route calls and determine whether a consent-gated follow-up may be appropriate.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and support CallCatch services.
  • Route calls and process customer communications.
  • Send authorized customer-care SMS messages.
  • Ask service-request questions, organize lead details, and notify the relevant service business.
  • Operate accounts, subscriptions, and billing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot errors and improve service reliability and usability.
  • Secure the service, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, and meet legal or carrier requirements.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile phone information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information and consent records to vendors and service providers that help us operate the messaging service—such as telecommunications, hosting, database, security, or message-processing providers—only as necessary to provide and protect the service. Those providers are not permitted to use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes and must handle it under appropriate contractual or other protections.

Consent is specific to the sender and service-request context in which it was given. We do not treat a phone call alone as consent to receive SMS messages. See the public documentation of our standard verbal/IVR flow on the SMS Consent Flow page.

5. SMS Disclosures

CallCatch SMS messages are customer-care and transactional messages connected to a consumer’s interaction with a CallCatch-enabled service business. Message frequency varies depending on the consumer’s interaction and service request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. An opt-out applies to further non-required messaging for the applicable program; a consumer may later provide new consent where permitted.

6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We may use service providers that supply telecommunications and messaging, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, AI processing, payment processing, security, analytics, and customer-support tools. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale. The mobile-data restrictions above continue to apply: SMS consent and mobile information are not transferred for another party’s own marketing or promotional use.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain consent and communication records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, carrier, or contractual obligations. Retention may vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from the applicable program, or HELP for assistance.
  • Account information: CallCatch customers may update certain business and account details through their account or by contacting us.
  • Privacy questions: Contact us to ask about information associated with you. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where permitted or required.

10. Children’s Privacy

CallCatch is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information through CallCatch, contact us so we can review the matter.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
